Pros can't pay to rank higher or buy your contact info as a lead on Sworu. Quotes come to you from qualified local pros, with no bidding wars and no spam calls, and you pay your chosen pro directly.

Download the Sworu app, create an account, and tap 'Post a Job.' Describe what you need, add photos, and submit. Qualified local pros will send you quotes to compare.

Invited pros see what you need: your job description, photos, and general area. They don't see your name, contact details, or exact address. Your contact details are shared only with the pro you choose.

Sworu is launching with categories across handyman work, beauty and wellness, cleaning, tutoring, fitness, and more, and the catalog will grow over time. Which categories are live in your area depends on which pros have signed up there, so the app will show you what's available when you start a post.

Typically up to 5 quotes from qualified local pros. If we can't match enough pros in your area, we'll let you know and you can adjust the job or wait until more pros join.

Once pros submit their quotes, you see them side by side with pricing, estimated timeline, rating, and any notes. You can ask questions through the job's comment section before deciding. Choose the pro that best fits your needs and budget.

You pay your pro directly using whatever method you both agree on, such as cash, Venmo, Zelle, or any other payment method. Sworu does not process payments between customers and pros, and there is no escrow. Payment terms are between you and your chosen pro.

Since payment is handled directly between you and the pro, work quality issues are resolved between you and the pro. We encourage direct communication first. You can also leave an honest review to help other customers, and report serious issues through the app.

Open the app, go to Settings then Account then Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal information, subject to our retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy. You can also email support@sworu.com to request deletion.

Download the Sworu app and select 'Join as Pro.' Enter your business details, select your service categories, and complete verification. Once verified, you'll start receiving job invitations in your area.

We keep platform fees low and only charge when you win confirmed work, not for receiving an invitation. The exact fee is always shown upfront. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or upfront costs.

Absolutely. You have full control over your pricing. You quote a price range, add your earliest available date, and optionally include notes. Customers compare quotes side by side, so fair pricing helps you win more jobs.
